Lions around the world are united by a great spirit of giving and dedication to helping others. As the official charitable organization of Lions Clubs International, a leading humanitarian organization, Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) supports Lions’ compassionate works by providing grant funding for their local and global humanitarian efforts.
Providing approximately 2,000 corneas for transplant annually, VisionFirst is the largest eye bank in Indiana. VisionFirst has been helping to eliminate corneal blindness for nearly 50 years.

Located in Indianapolis, VisionFirst provides a full-range of transplant services as well as research tissue and training consulting services for other medical professionals in our industry.
Indiana Lions for the Indiana School for the Blind & Visually Impaired

​Indiana Lions Speech and Hearing is a project of of the Indiana State Lions. Their mission is to assist those with speech and hearing impairments in the State of Indiana who are unable to obtain help elsewhere. To this end, they make funds available for charitable, educational, and scientific research.
The main goals is to eliminate communication barriers for those with speech and hearing disorders. This is done by providing loaner hearing aids for children of needy families and low-cost hearing aids for those adults who qualify. Working in conjunction with Riley Hospital for Children and audiologists around the state, ILSH has made thousands of aids available.
Founded by three Detroit-area Lions Clubs members in 1939, Leader Dogs for the Blind empowers people who are blind, visually impaired or Deaf-Blind with skills for a lifetime of independent travel, opening doors that may seem to have closed with the loss of sight.
The purpose and function of the Lions Cancer Control Fund of Indiana, Inc. is to establish, promote, manage, and control, a fund to be used exclusively for the control of cancer. Every project conducted by this fund is devoted to the treatment of cancer patients, training of health care professionals who care for cancer patients and research that, one day, may lessen the threat of the diseases called cancer.
The mission of the Indiana Lions Foundation is to assist Indiana Lions Clubs, sub-districts of Indiana Lions and the State Projects of Multiple District 25 to carry out their charitable purposes.
